Friendly staff made for an inviting atmosphere, and the ocean view from the Beautiful Double Room was amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The food was enjoyable, with excellent thin crispy fries, but the comfort of the bed fell short, leaving me sore. A softer mattress would greatly improve the experience, as everything else was good.

Positive, The rooftop pool has very nice views! I enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant that served the best food we had in Mexico. My room was clean with a comfy bed. The decor throughout the place is fine.

The experience was pretty enjoyable overall. The gorgeous decor throughout the hotel really created a beautiful ambiance, especially the stunning rooftop pool. I loved the ocean view from my room, which made mornings special. The food served at the restaurant was also really enjoyable. I stayed for a short transit stay and really appreciated the convenient access to nearby attractions like the Mayan Museum, which was just a short trip away.

Traffic noise from the highway is a constant issue. Many advertised facilities, like the wellness area, were not functional or non-existent, leaving a feeling of disappointment. The roof bar felt neglected, with no staff present during our time there. The food didn't cut it. The restaurant experience was lackluster at best, with options that left much to be desired.
